‘Crocodile Dundee’ (1986)

Crocodile Dundee was a critical and commercial hit upon its release, even earning writer/star Paul Hogan an Oscar nomination. However, looking back on it, the film has a ton of issues that make it problematic today. First off, the entire concept of Hogan’s character is offensive to Australians. Beyond that, the film features several jokes about transgender individuals that are very inappropriate by today’s standards.
